Our attorneys also advise and represent clients on matters involving state and federal disability statutes, discrimination statutes, wage and overtime regulations, the Texas Payday Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, ERISA, and other statutes.

We also represent employers in administrative actions, including the defense of unemployment benefit claims.
